1.Consultation Feedback
1.1 Feature Introduction
In the 「Consultation Feedback」 menu, you can:
- Respond to Work Orders: Provide feedback on inquiries submitted.

1.3 User Guide
In the work order list page, click to view details, where you can see the corresponding ticket submission information and replies. You can respond or supplement the ticket in the dialog box and upload additional attachments for further explanation. If you deem the issue as invalid or if the ticket has been resolved, you can click "Close Ticket".

2.Complaints
2.1 Feature Introduction
In the 「Complaints」 menu, you can:
- View Complaints: Review users' complaints and reports about the mini-program.

2.3 User Guide
You need to access the 「Complaint Report」 page, then use the filtering component to search for the complaint data you want to check. Click on the 「Details」 in the action bar to view the corresponding complaint and report information.
