Only private edition and community edition have the following features.

1.Domain

1.1 Feature Introduction

In the「Domain Management」menu, you can:

  • Configure a global block/white domain list, which applies to all mini-programs.
  • View the domain list of all organizations in the Developer Portal.
  • Set whether the domain usage of all organizations in the Developer Portal needs to be reviewed by the Administration Portal.

Configure Block/White List

  • Use the「Management」function to open the configuration window, which currently supports HTTP protocol (http/https) and WebSocket protocol (ws/wss). You can use an asterisk (*) to make the configuration effective for second-level domains and above.
  • Usually, domain configurations take effect within 10 minutes.

View Organization Domain List

  • Navigate to「Organization-Owned Domains」to access the organization list page. Click on the domain details of any organization to view all domains.

Set whether the organization's domains

  • Use the「Set up」function to set whether the domain names used by various organizations in the development center need to be audited by the Administration Portal. The default setting is no audit required.

2.Certificate

2.1 Feature Introduction

In the「Certificate Management」menu, you can:

  • view the certificates of each organization in the Developer Portal and the associated domains under each certificate.

2.3 User Guide

  • View certificates of each organization, with support for filtering by organization name.

  • By selecting「Details」,you can view the content of the corresponding certificate and its associated domains.

3.Privacy Management

3.1 Feature Introduction

The Privacy Management feature is primarily designed to assist operators of mini-program ecosystem platforms in better managing the privacy permissions that mini-programs can access. Platform operators can configure the privacy permissions and application methods based on actual needs within the host app, enabling more effective management of privacy permissions.

3.2 Term Definitions

  • Permission Fields: Configuring fields related to privacy permissions, including "Permission ID, Permission Name, Permission Type, Permission Description, Permission Effective Period" and so on.
  • Authorization Permission: Users can operate through pop-up menus and authorization permits within the mini-program.

3.3 User Guide

First, you need to access the "Administration Portal - Development - Privacy Configuration" menu to enter the privacy permission configuration page.

Clicking on the "Details" button on the right side of the page allows you to view privacy configuration details, including basic information about permissions and authorization information.

If you need to configure relevant privacy policies based on actual circumstances, you can add available privacy permissions for the mini-program.

If you need to disable existing permissions, you can do so by clicking the "Disable" button on the right side.

Please note that when adding privacy permissions, they must not conflict with existing privacy permissions.

4.Custom Configuration

4.1 Feature Introductionction

Custom configuration is used to provide a unified UI customization interface to the mini program ecosystem platform builders. Platform builders can flexibly customize the titles, names, logos, default images, etc. in the mini program ecosystem platform according to the needs of the enterprise brand and identity. At the same time, they can modify the registration and login pages of the website, the default categories of mini programs, and security-related configurations.

4.3 User Guide

You can access the custom configuration page through the "Development - Custom Configuration" menu. The page includes four tabs: "Basic Product Style," "Registration and Login Page Style," "mini program Categories and Tags," and "Product Security Configuration."

On the Basic Product Style page, you can modify and configure the webpage title, product name, webpage icon (favicon), top navigation bar logo, default avatar for mini programs, and the QR code scan redirection link in the browser.

In the Registration and Login Page Style section, you can configure and modify the images used in the Mini- Program Open Platform, as well as the links for the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

In the Mini-Program Categories and Tags section, you can modify the default categories used when creating and editing Mini-Programs.

In the Product Security Configuration page, you can configure security-related settings for the platform, such as limiting the number of login errors, resetting default passwords, enforcing password updates, setting session expiration times, and toggling universal verification codes.

5.Core Libraries

5.1 Feature Introduction

"Update Core Libraries" is a feature provided in our Administration Portal, designed to help users conveniently manage and update the core library versions of their mini-programs. With this feature, users can quickly check the current version of the core library used in their mini-program and perform upgrades or downgrades as needed. This eliminates the need for manual downloading and replacement of basic library files, as well as the need to individually check and modify code, greatly simplifying the management process for core libraries.

5.3 User Guide

  • Updating the mini-program's basic library can be completed on this page. Click "Enable" to apply the update, and the basic library will take effect immediately.
  • Click the "New" button to upload the basic library code package.
  • When uploading the basic library, simply select the zip package, and there's no need to manually enter the version number (the server will automatically read the version number from the zip package).

6.Activity Log

6.1 Feature Introduction

In the「Activity Log」page, you can filter based on your needs by operators and functional modules for a comprehensive view of operation logs. By clicking "Details," you can view specific operation details, including the type of operation, time, and data changes before and after the operation. These details help users gain insights into the specific content and impact of operations, facilitating tasks such as auditing, troubleshooting, or data analysis. (Note: The Administration Portal will additionally record some data generated by operations in the Developer Portal, such as transferring team ownership.)

6.2 Term Definitions

Operator: Refers to the user who performed the operation.

Operation Module: Denotes the specific functional module where the user conducted the corresponding operation, corresponding to a particular business area.

Operation Type: Indicates the nature of the action taken within the functional module.

Example: If user "A" creates a new program in the "Mini-Program Management" module, the operator is "User A," the operation module is "Mini-Program Management," and the operation type is "Creating a New Program."

6.3 User Guide

You can search to find specific modules and types of operation logs. Clicking on the "View Details" option in the action column allows you to see the detailed content of the log.
