Add APP
Navigate to the「App Management」page, then click the「Add Cooperative App」button at the top of the list. Provide the following basic information for the app:
- App Name: Used to identify the name of the new app to avoid discrepancies when adding BundleIDs.
- Brief Introduction: A simple one-sentence description of the app.
- Icon: Used to identify the app, serving as a mnemonic for subsequent management.
- Bundle ID: Set the Bundle ID for the app, with a maximum of 2 allowed.
- Automatically Associate with Mini-Program: Set to 'Yes' if the app should automatically associate with mini-programs.
- Is the App's Bundle ID Visible to Enterprises: Set to 'Yes' if the app's Bundle ID should be visible in the Developer Portal.
After successfully adding the application, it will be displayed in the list below. If you wish to deactivate the ability to run in a certain application, you can also click on the 「Deactivate」button in the action column to perform this operation.
View and Manage App Details
The Administration Portal can view global app information. It can search for and filter the desired app information based on specific criteria.
However, depending on the source of the app creation, there are the following distinctions in the corresponding operations generated by the Administration Portal.
Create app in the Developer Portal | Create app in the Administration Portal | |

Additional Note: Apps created by the Administration Portal support the customization of APIs and menus, as well as corresponding management. If mini-programs under other apps wish to apply for API/menu access, they can initiate the app through specific API/menu operations (or through the Pending Center). Furthermore, if a previously approved API/menu needs to be deactivated, users can navigate to the app's API/menu details and click on「Deactivate」.
Application Permission Settings
By clicking on「App Permission Settings」on the app list page, you can perform「Developer Portal App Settings」and「Review App Settings」.
- Developer Portal App Settings: After enabling the switch, the Developer Portal side can independently set the visibility and Bundle ID display status of the app.
- Review App Settings: Here, you can select certain apps created by the Administration Portal and set them as review apps. Review apps, after integrating the FinClip mini-program SDK, can be used for mini-program review and have permission to scan and open the review version of the mini-program. Apps used for review need to ensure that the cooperation status is normal. If you need to use a review app, please confirm that the set Bundle ID is correct and that the Bundle ID is not deactivated.
