Mini Programs Tutorial

1.Feature Introduction

In the「Mini-Programs」menu, you can:

• Configure Mini-Program Publishing Review: Control permissions for reviewing mini program releases, with options for either self-review by the Developer Portal or mandatory review by the Administration Portal.
• View Mini-Program Information: Access basic information, online (reviewed) version details, and review records for mini-programs.
• Take Mini-Program Off-Shelf: Execute the off-shelf operation for mini-programs that are already on the shelf.
• Plug Management: Add, delete, or modify existing plugins.

3.User Guide

3.1 Mini-Program Publishing Review Settings

• The mini-program list page provides the functionality to set "Mini-Program Approval Permissions". You can use this feature to configure permissions for reviewing mini-program releases. You have two options: 1. Self-review by the Developer Portal, or 2. Mandatory review by the Administration Portal. (Note: The review process can be configured separately. For details, refer to: Administration Portal - Users)

3.2 View Mini-Program Information

• The mini-program management list provides a comprehensive query function for mini-program information. Here, you can use the corresponding filtering components to search for the mini-program information you need. You can gain a comprehensive understanding of the basic information, audit information/online information, audit records, etc., making it convenient for operators to conduct refined operations.

3.3 Take Mini-Program Offline

On the Mini-Program details page, you can perform the operation of taking an already published Mini-Program offline. This unified management practice ensures consistency across operations.

3.4 Plugin Management

Clicking the toggle button at the top of the list will switch to the plugin management page. Here, you can view plugin information, edit plugins, update plugins, and delete plugins.
