FinClip strictly adheres to laws and regulations and follows industry-standard security and privacy practices to protect the personal information of individual/enterprise users and their end-users. The FinClip Mini Program SDK (official website: https://www.finclip.com) is a mini-program running container SDK product provided by Shenzhen Finogeeks Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Finogeeks" or "we"), with the company's registered address at 19th Floor, Cui Lin Building, No. 10 Kai Feng Road, Miao Ling Community, Meilin Street, Futian District, Shenzhen.

This "Privacy Policy" primarily explains to individual/enterprise users and their end-users how we handle personal information (including "collection, storage, transmission, provision, disclosure, etc."). Before registering, accessing, or using the FinClip Mini Program SDK product or services, individual/enterprise users must carefully read this statement. Additionally, this statement should be provided to App end-users to understand the relevant content and obtain user consent. If individual/enterprise users or third-party developers do not agree with this statement, they should immediately stop accessing and using the FinClip SDK product or services.

We use "bold and/or underlined" text to draw special attention to important terms related to the protection of personal information rights. 1. Rights Ownership

The FinClip Mini Program SDK logo, "FinClip Mini Program SDK," and other text, graphics, and their combinations, as well as other identifiers, emblems, and names of FinClip Mini Program SDK services, are registered trademarks of Shenzhen Finogeeks Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Finogeeks or us) and its affiliated companies in China and other countries. Without the written authorization of Finogeeks, no one may display, use, or otherwise process (including but not limited to copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading) in any way, nor may they claim to others that they have the right to display, use, or otherwise process.

All intellectual property rights of FinClip Mini Program SDK products, services, technologies, and all application programs or their components/functionalities/names (hereinafter or referred to as "Technical Services") belong to Finogeeks.

Unless otherwise stated, Finogeeks owns all rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and all other related rights) to information (including but not limited to text, graphics, images, photos, audio, video, icons, color schemes, layout design, electronic documents) published within the FinClip Mini Program SDK services. Without the permission of Finogeeks, no one may use the above content (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, broadcasting, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading any content within the product through programs or devices).

Those authorized to browse, copy, print, and disseminate information content within FinClip Mini Program SDK products and services must not use such content for commercial purposes, and all information content and any part of its use must include this rights statement.

2. Liability Limitation

Users of FinClip Mini Program SDK who upload, provide, or publish relevant information on the FinClip Mini Program SDK mobile client, official homepage, forums, communities, and open platforms, including but not limited to user names, company names, contact and contact information, relevant images, news, etc., are provided by the users themselves. FinClip Mini Program SDK users must bear full responsibility for the information they provide in accordance with the law.

Finogeeks reprints works (including forum content) for the purpose of providing more information to better serve FinClip Mini Program SDK enterprise/organization users and does not imply that Finogeeks agrees with their views or confirms the authenticity of their content.

Finogeeks hereby reminds you that you should comply with the laws of the People's Republic of China during the use of FinClip Mini Program SDK products and services and must not endanger cybersecurity or use FinClip Mini Program SDK products and services to infringe on the reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights, and other legal rights and interests of others. We respect intellectual property rights and oppose and combat acts of infringement. Any organization or individual who believes that the products and services provided by Finogeeks and the services/content and/or products provided by third parties on the FinClip Mini Program SDK platform may infringe their legitimate rights and interests can submit a written notice of rights to Finogeeks in the following forms. Finogeeks will process it as soon as possible in accordance with the law after receiving a qualified notice from the intellectual property rights holder:

Finogeeks will only collect and use your and your users' information for the business purposes and objectives stated in this policy, and usually with your consent. The purposes, methods, scope, and rules for collecting and using information are as follows:

(I) Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us

  1. Registering a Developer Account: Requires the provision of your email address, mobile phone number, contact information, and if you are an enterprise developer, your company name.
  2. Creating an Application: Requires the provision of your product information, including but not limited to the application name, package name, etc.; if it includes Android services, your application signature is required.
  3. Some of the business functions we provide (for example, grayscale publishing) need to rely on relevant information to run, then we need to provide or allow us to collect necessary and reasonable user information, and ensure that we have obtained the consent of your users, so as to facilitate your fine operation.

  3. Directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interest;
  4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution;
  5. To protect the life, property, and other significant legal interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain their consent;
  6. The personal information involved has been publicly disclosed by the personal information subject;
  7. Necessary for the signing and performance of contracts as requested by the personal information subject;
  8. Collected from legally disclosed information of personal/enterprise users or end-users, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.;
  9. Necessary for the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling product or service failures.

Special Note: If the information we collect cannot be used alone or in combination with other information to identify the personal identity of individual/enterprise users or end-users, it does not constitute personal information in the legal sense. The sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of such processed data does not require separate notification and consent from individual/enterprise users or end-users.

(IV) Rules for Using Personal Information

We will process the collected personal information in accordance with this statement and/or the contractual agreement with individual/enterprise users, solely for the purpose of realizing the functions of FinClip Mini Program SDK products and/or services. If the collected personal information needs to be used for other purposes, we will reasonably inform individual/enterprise users and use it after obtaining the consent of end-users. We will de-identify or anonymize personal information of individual/enterprise users and/or end-users through technical means. After the SDK products and/or services provided to individual/enterprise users cease operation, or after individual/enterprise users or end-users withdraw their authorization for personal information, or after individual/enterprise users or end-users cancel their accounts, we will destroy or anonymize all personal information received from individual/enterprise users or end-users within a reasonable period, unless otherwise provided by law.

Individual/enterprise users integrate FinClipSDK products and/or services into their Apps to provide FinClip Mini Program SDK products and/or services to end-users. We will collect, store, process personal information from individual/enterprise users or end-users in a de-identified or anonymized manner.

Please be aware and agree that:

  1. Individual/enterprise users have complied with and will continue to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements for the collection, use, and processing of App end-users' personal information, including but not limited to formulating and publishing personal information protection statements or privacy policies;
  2. Individual/enterprise users have informed App end-users and have obtained their full, necessary, and explicit authorization, consent, and permission (including obtaining authorization from the guardians of children end-users), for the purpose of providing FinClip Mini Program SDK products and/or services and corresponding App functions, we will collect and share and how to use (including allowing us to collect and process according to the provisions of this statement) App end-users' personal information;
  3. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, individual/enterprise users have informed end-users and obtained their full necessary authorization, consent, and permission, allowing us to de-identify the collected personal information, and under the premise of compliance with relevant laws and regulations, the collected and processed information can be used for the purposes listed in the first article of this statement;
  4. Individual/enterprise users have provided end-users with an easy-to-operate user rights realization mechanism, and explained how end-users can exercise their right to choose, how to access and correct their personal information, and how to exercise the right to delete, change the scope of their authorization consent, and other operations.

III. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

When individual/enterprise users access, log in, or use certain SDK open platform services, to ensure the normal operation of the website, we store small data files called Cookies on individual/enterprise users' computers or mobile devices.

Cookies typically contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. Using Cookie technology, specific service options can be set for individual/enterprise users for certain functions.

IV. How We Share, Transfer, or Publicly Disclose Personal/Enterprise Users' or End-Users' Personal Information

(I) Sharing

We will share necessary personal information with our affiliated companies, subject to the purposes mentioned in this statement. If our affiliated companies want to change the purpose of processing personal information, they will ask for the consent of individual/enterprise users or end-users again.

We may share necessary personal information of individual/enterprise users or end-users with partners and third parties to ensure the smooth completion of services provided to individual/enterprise users or end-users. Our partners are not authorized to use the shared personal information for any other purposes.

We will require partners to provide proof of data security capabilities and information security qualifications (such as level protection assessment, information security management system, etc.). In the processing of personal sensitive information, we will require third parties to use data anonymization encryption technology to better protect personal information. If individual/enterprise users or end-users have objections to the processing of personal information by third parties or discover risks in these third parties, please contact us as described in Article 10 of this statement.

(II) Transfer

We will not transfer personal information of individual/enterprise users or end-users to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following situations:

  1. With the explicit consent or authorization of individual/enterprise users or end-users beforehand;
  2. In the case of mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions, if personal information transfer is involved, we will require the new company or organization holding personal/enterprise users' or end-users' personal information to continue to be bound by this privacy statement, otherwise, we will ask that company or organization to re-seek authorization consent from individual/enterprise users or end-users.

(III) Public Disclosure

We will not publicly disclose personal information of individual/enterprise users or end-users, unless:

  1. With the explicit consent of individual/enterprise users or end-users;
  2. In the case of legal, legal proceedings, litigation, or government authorities' mandatory requirements.

Please understand that in the following circumstances, according to laws, regulations, and national standards, we share, transfer, or publicly disclose personal information of individual/enterprise users or end-users without obtaining their prior consent:

V. How We Store Personal/Enterprise Users' or End-Users' Personal Information

(I) Storage Method and Duration

We store personal/enterprise users' or end-users' information in a secure manner, including local storage, databases, and server logs. Generally, we will only store personal/enterprise users' or end-users' personal information for the shortest time necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this statement or within the scope of authorization or consent given by the personal information subject, or as required by laws and regulations. However, in the following situations and solely for the purposes related to these situations, we may need to retain personal/enterprise users' or end-users' personal information for a longer period:

  1. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other provisions;
  2. To comply with the requirements of court judgments, rulings, or other legal procedures;
  3. To comply with the requirements of relevant government agencies or other competent authorities;
  4. For the execution of relevant service agreements or this statement, to maintain public interest, to handle complaints/disputes, and to protect the personal and property safety or legal rights of our customers, our affiliated companies, other users, or employees.

(II) Storage Location

We will store personal information collected within China within China, in accordance with legal regulations. Currently, we do not transfer or store personal/enterprise users' or end-users' personal information across borders. If there is a need for cross-border transfer or storage in the future, we will inform personal/enterprise users or end-users of the purpose of personal information going abroad, the recipient, security measures, and security risks, and obtain their consent.

VI. How We Protect the Security of Personal/Enterprise Users' or End-Users' Personal Information

(I) Security Protection Measures

We have implemented industry-standard security measures to protect the personal information provided by personal/enterprise users or end-users from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. We use leading-edge technical measures, including but not limited to firewalls, encryption (e.g., SSL), de-identification or anonymization processing, and access control measures. In addition, we continuously enhance the security capabilities of integrating the SDK into Apps. We have established dedicated management systems, processes, and organizations to ensure the security of personal information. We also review these management systems, processes, and organizations to prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing, using, or disclosing user information. We also ask users to understand that no security measures can be foolproof.

(II) Security Incident Response Measures

In the event of a security incident involving the leakage, damage, or loss of personal information, we will activate our emergency plan to prevent the incident from escalating. After a security incident occurs, we will promptly notify individual/enterprise users or end-users of the basic situation of the security incident, the measures we are taking or have taken, and remedial actions, as well as our recommendations for individual/enterprise users, through push notifications, emails, or other forms.

VII. How Individual/Enterprise Users and/or End-Users Can Manage Their Personal Information

We place great importance on individual/enterprise users' or end-users' management of personal information and strive to provide rights related to the inquiry, access, modification, deletion, complaint reporting, and privacy settings of personal information, enabling individual/enterprise users or end-users to protect their privacy and information security.

(I) For Individual/Enterprise Users

The scope and methods for individual/enterprise users to access, modify, and delete personal information will depend on the settings of the developer platform functions used by individual/enterprise users. They can also contact us as described in Section 10 of this statement.

(II) For App End-Users

Since App end-users are not our direct customers, we recommend:

  1. When a feature in the App used by end-users is provided by FinClip Mini Program SDK products or services, end-users can access, modify, and delete the registration information and other personal information provided by individual/enterprise users during the use of our services, or contact us as described in Section 10 of this statement;
  2. When end-users directly assert personal information subject rights to us, they should provide necessary proof documents, and we will also verify the identity of end-users. We will verify the identity of end-users with individual/enterprise users to ensure the security of end-users' App accounts and respond to end-users' related requests;
  3. When end-users directly assert personal information subject rights to us, according to the privacy policy or personal information protection statement of individual/enterprise users, we may also directly send requests related to end-users' personal information to the individual/enterprise user, asking them to handle and/or seek assistance.

(III) Responding to Reasonable Requests from Individual/Enterprise Users or End-Users

We will respond to the reasonable requests of individual/enterprise users or end-users, such as repeated requests without reason, requests that require excessive technical means (e.g., developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), requests that pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or requests that are highly unrealistic (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes), we may refuse.

In the following circumstances, we will be unable to respond to the requests of individual/enterprise users or end-users:

  1. Related to our fulfillment of obligations under laws and regulations;
  2. Directly related to national security or defense security;
  3. Directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interest;
  4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution;
  5. We have sufficient evidence to show that individual/enterprise users or end-users have malicious intent or abuse of rights;
  6. To protect the life, property, and other significant legal interests of individual/enterprise users or end-users, but it is difficult to obtain their consent;
  7. Responding to the requests of individual/enterprise users or end-users will result in serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of individual/enterprise users or other individuals or organizations;
  8. Involving trade secrets.

If individual/enterprise users or end-users have doubts about the realization of the above rights, they can contact us as described in Section 10 of this statement.

VIII. How We Handle Children's Personal Information

Individual/enterprise users should ensure they are 18 years of age or older. Individual/enterprise users should understand and be aware that if the App is targeted at children, individual/enterprise users must ensure that the guardians of App end-users (children) have read and agreed to the App's privacy policy and provided children's personal information to us with their consent to realize the relevant functions described in the App's privacy policy.

If individual/enterprise users' Apps are designed and developed for children and targeted at children users, they must ensure that the guardians of App end-users (children) have read and agreed to the App's privacy policy/personal information protection statement and authorized the provision of children's personal information to us to realize the App's relevant functions.

If we unknowingly collect children's personal information, we will promptly delete it unless the law requires us to retain such information. If individual/enterprise users or end-users believe that we have wrongly or accidentally collected information from children, please contact us as described in Section 10 of this statement in a timely manner. If we discover that individual/enterprise users have provided children's personal information to us without the consent of the children's guardians, we will promptly delete the children's personal information and ensure that it is not further processed.

IX. How We Change and Update This Statement

To provide better services to individual/enterprise users and as our platform products and/or services continue to evolve and change, we may revise this statement from time to time.

When the terms of this statement change, we will prompt users with pop-up windows, red dot notifications, website announcements, and other methods during version updates, and specify the effective date. In addition, if the updated statement affects the rights of App end-users, individual/enterprise users are also requested to update the App's privacy policy in a timely manner.

For significant changes, we will provide more prominent notifications (including, for certain services, we will send notifications via email or internal messages or announcements, explaining the specific changes to this statement). Therefore, please check and understand this statement at any time. If individual/enterprise users do not agree to accept this statement, please stop accessing and using our services.

The significant changes referred to in this statement include but are not limited to:

  1. Major changes in our service model, such as the purpose of processing personal information, types, and methods of using personal information;
  2. Major changes in our ownership structure or organizational structure, such as changes in ownership due to business adjustments, bankruptcy, mergers, and acquisitions;
  3. Changes in the main objects of personal information sharing, transfer, or public disclosure;
  4. Major changes in the rights and exercise methods related to personal information processing;

The specific terms used in this statement have the following meanings:

  1. We or Finogeeks: Refers to Shenzhen Finogeeks Technology Co., Ltd.
  2. FinClip Mini Program SDK products and/or services: Refers to SDK products and/or services developed by Shenzhen Finogeeks Technology Co., Ltd.
  3. Enterprise users: Refers to users who have registered as FinClip Mini Program SDK users through an administrator authorized by a company or other organization, or directly through a legal representative, and represent the enterprise organization to open, manage, and use FinClip Mini Program SDK services after uploading the enterprise/organization employee contact list and building the enterprise organization structure through the FinClip management platform. FinClip Mini Program SDK enterprise/organization users include but are not limited to legal persons, government agencies, other organizations, partnerships, or individual businesses.

Individual users: Refers to individual users who register for FinClip Mini Program SDK accounts, including individual users with administrator privileges of FinClip Mini Program SDK enterprise organization users and individual users who are members of the FinClip Mini Program SDK enterprise organization contact list but do not have FinClip Mini Program SDK enterprise organization administrator privileges.
  5. App end-users: Refers to end-users who use Apps embedded with FinClip Mini Program SDK products and/or services.
  6. Application products and/or services: Refers to products and/or services developed by individual/enterprise users and provided to App end-users through the integration of FinClip Mini Program SDK products and/or services.
  7. Personal information: Refers to various information recorded in electronic or other forms that can identify a specific natural person's identity or reflect a specific natural person's activities when used alone or in combination with other information.
  8. User: A natural person who entrusts their personal information to a data controller through the use of FinClip Mini Program SDK products and/or services.
  9. Children: Refers to minors under the age of 14.
  10. Personal sensitive information: Refers to personal information that, once disclosed, illegally provided, or abused, may endanger personal safety and property, easily lead to damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment.
  11. De-identification: Refers to the process of technical processing of personal information so that it cannot be identified without the aid of additional information.
  12. Anonymization: a process in which the subject of personal information cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored through the technical processing of personal information..
