摘要

随着互联网技术的发发展，计算机技术广泛应用在人们的生活中，逐渐成为日常工作、生活不可或缺的工具，高校各种管理系统层出不穷。高校作为学习知识和技术的高等学府，信息技术更加的成熟，为教师开发必要的系统，能够有效的提升管理效率。近年来，高校规模不断扩大，同时在校的教职工也越来越多，高校教职工科研管理、教学管理一直没有进行系统化的管理，无法准确获取教师的教学和科研情况，由此提出开发教师贴心宝系统，管理教师信息，统计教职工教学和科研，节省时间，提高教学效率。

本文围绕教师贴心宝系统的研究背景、研究意义进行展开。选择了开发本系统所使用的技术，包括Java语言、MySQL数据库、SSM模式等。然后对高校教职工教学和科研的需求进行分析，罗列系统业务流程以及开发系统的可行性。设计系统数据库和功能角色，完成框架设计。最后对系统进行编码和测试。本系统角色权限划分合理，功能完善，而且界面美观操作便捷，对教职工教学和科研进行设置，为高校的发展具有极大的帮助，提高了管理效率，教师贴心宝系统是学校管理系统的重要部分。

Abstract

With the development of Internet technology, computer technology is widely used in people's life and has gradually become an indispensable tool for daily work and life. Various management systems in Colleges and universities emerge one after another. As an institution of higher learning to learn knowledge and technology, information technology is more mature. Developing necessary systems for teachers can effectively improve management efficiency. In recent years, the scale of colleges and universities has been expanding. At the same time, there are more and more teaching staff in Colleges and universities. The scientific research management and teaching management of college teaching staff have not been systematically managed, and the teaching and scientific research situation of teachers can not be accurately obtained. Therefore, it is proposed to develop the teacher intimate treasure system, manage teacher information, count teaching and scientific research of teaching staff, save time and improve teaching efficiency.

This paper focuses on the research background and significance of teacher intimate treasure system. The technology used to develop the system is selected, including Java language, MySQL database, SSM mode and so on. Then it analyzes the needs of teaching and scientific research of university staff, and lists the business process of the system and the feasibility of developing the system. Design the system database and functional roles, and complete the framework design. Finally, the system is coded and tested. The system has reasonable division of roles and authorities, perfect functions, beautiful interface and convenient operation. It sets up teaching and scientific research for teaching staff, which is of great help to the development of colleges and universities and improves the management efficiency. The teacher intimate treasure system is an important part of the school management system.

教师贴心宝系统使用Java和MySQL数据库开发，具有管理员管理，类型管理，教学申报、科研申报、教学结项、科研结项、科研和教学资料，统计管理，信息导出打印等功能。

管理员管理中可以录入新的管理员，修改历史管理员，管理员登录后修改个人密码，系统退出等操作。

类型管理，添加新类型信息，删除历史类型，修改类型信息。

教职工管理是对教师基本信息的录入、修改和删除操作，教职工也可以自己注册后进行登录。

模板管理模块：教学和科研申报模板上传、-、修改和删除；

往期申报管理：以前申报的教学和科研申报材料的上传、-、修改和删除。

结项申报管理：各类教学和科研结项材料的上传、-、修改和删除。

资料管理模块：科研和教学资料的上传、-、修改和删除。

各类材料的统计分析：按年度、类型和分类对各类材料进行统计分析并生成报表。

时间安排管理：列出每年各类申报时间点、设定今年申报项目时间点并提醒。
