执行新的安装

sudo pip3 install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu-/simple pbr

再次安装virtualenvwrapper ，Successfully installed stevedore-1.32.0 virtualenv-clone-0.5.4 virtualenvwrapper-4.8.4
